Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals
- Validate data integrity and recommend system enhancements to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
