- Develop detailed business process models and workflow documentation
- Translate technical solutions into clear business requirements for development teams
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with requirement documentation methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in agile development environments
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
