Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering interviews with stakeholders to define business needs and system capabilities.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and data flow diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the tech or finance sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
