Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Leverage SQL, Tableau, and Excel to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation performance to measure ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex business solutions
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries a plus
