Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Respond to and resolve critical IT incidents with minimal downtime
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patching during off-peak hours
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
- Implement disaster recovery protocols and conduct regular testing
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
