Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business requirements for non-technical audiences.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the go-live process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing requirements for complex IT projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
