Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Design and implement performance metrics to track KPIs and business outcomes
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies through sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and visualization tools to identify trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Deep understanding of financial systems and payment processing
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
