Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure accurate technical specifications.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Manage the full lifecycle of requirements gathering from inception to deployment.
- Monitor project progress and assess the impact of implemented changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing requirements and delivering projects on time.
