Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and process maps using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to align team goals.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Document and maintain accurate system documentation and business requirements specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
