Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define clear business requirements and user stories.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process flows, swimlane diagrams, and use case documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Leverage SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the liaison between technical development teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Methodologies: Proven experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain English.
