Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Perform gap analysis and design solutions to optimize business processes
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT coordination and implementation support
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend strategic enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or tech
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation tools
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum) highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile development methodologies
