Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements for software development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers and project managers, to ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents (BRD) and user stories.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and requirements analysis sessions.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and future business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
