Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to interpret trends and provide insights that influence strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users to ensure project alignment.
- Testing & QA: Support the Quality Assurance process by defining test criteria and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or IT environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with JIRA or Confluence is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
