Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to visualize complex business processes and system workflows.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, uncover operational inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven process improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear, functional technical specifications for the software development team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for requirements gathering during the Agile sprint cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience using requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
