Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive data-driven decisions
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project objectives
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure business performance and ROI of initiatives
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Support implementation of new systems and provide post-launch optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or data-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced contract environments with weekly deliverables
