Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or finance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
