Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using data modeling and visualization techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Design and maintain dashboards/reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Document processes, workflows, and requirements in clear, actionable formats
- Support UAT and implementation phases of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and process documentation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
