Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Stakeholders, to define and document business requirements.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and system specifications using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI preferred).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
