Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data flows, and system requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time insights
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align technical teams with business objectives
- Document requirements, test cases, and process improvements using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling (BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Proven experience documenting requirements using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
