Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and translate business needs
- Develop data models and visualizations to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on project objectives
- Track KPIs and generate reports to measure project success
- Support system implementation and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
