Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and document detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define project scope and deliverables.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Manage the project backlog, prioritize tasks, and track progress using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and UI mockups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with software development life cycles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
