Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, design, and business teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for high-impact initiatives
- Budget optimization and resource allocation for 6-figure projects
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and team coaching
- Performance reporting to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Proven success managing software development or IoT projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detroit metro area residency or willingness to relocate
