Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA) across multiple time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder communication and executive reporting on KPIs
- Drive process improvements and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure on-time delivery within approved budget constraints

Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience in SaaS/tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
