Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor budget adherence and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for optimal efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven success managing complex software development projects
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
