Responsibilities
- Oversee all IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud operations across 5+ corporate sites
- Lead digital transformation projects including ERP implementation and automation
- Manage IT budget ($2M+) and vendor relationships
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Mentor a team of 8 IT professionals and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive IT management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and ITIL processes
