Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories for technical teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user guides, and test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Support data validation, quality assurance, and reporting initiatives
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or project support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic understanding of SQL, data visualization tools, or Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
