Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to translate needs into technical specifications
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to project deliverables including requirements documents, test cases, and implementation plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States
