Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions to enhance performance
- Elicit, document, and validate stakeholder requirements using agile methodologies and user stories
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and system specifications for development teams
- Leverage SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
- Facilitate workshops with executives to align technical solutions with strategic objectives
- Implement and optimize KPI dashboards to track business outcomes and ROI
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless solution deployment with zero defects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN), and use case creation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and MS Office Suite
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering projects with measurable business impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile project management tools
