Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Ensure deliverables align with business objectives and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
