- Manage $2M+ budgets with 95% on-time delivery rate
- Drive agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning)
- Mentor 4+ junior project managers through PMI framework
- Generate executive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
Qualifications
- 7+ years project management experience in tech sector
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Waterfall/Agile hybrid methodologies
- Proven success managing enterprise-scale SaaS projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with financial services or automotive tech domains
- Strong risk mitigation and change management skills
