Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and operations
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira and Confluence
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in enterprise tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience managing $500K+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
