Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and user stories

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and Microsoft BI Suite
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Power/Tableau)
