Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and visualization techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables for technology solutions
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven reports and presentations
- Implement and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project goals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
