Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while maintaining JIRA/Confluence documentation standards
- Drive stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and quarterly business reviews
- Optimize project budgets and timelines with <5% variance tolerance
- mentor junior project managers and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in technology or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required with Agile/Scrum Master credentials preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, JIRA)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience in matrix organizations with distributed teams
