Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and prioritize business needs
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Translate requirements into technical solutions through data modeling and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous improvements
- Create compelling visual reports and dashboards to communicate insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio demonstrating successful requirement analysis projects
