Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and data models using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to measure business impact
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of system changes
- Document business cases and ROI analyses for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement-gathering frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce) and API integrations
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
