Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Lead agile/scrum ceremonies and implement best practices for sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk mitigation
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards, status reports, and change management processes
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations for third-party integrations
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive project management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PMP or CSM certification required; Agile/Scrum mastery essential
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana for project tracking and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or government) highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in risk assessment and contingency planning
