Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for enterprise-level projects
- Design and implement data models using SQL and visualization tools to support strategic initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop comprehensive process flows and KPI dashboards for executive reporting
- Perform gap analysis and recommend optimization strategies for existing systems
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for development teams
- Present complex findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and at least one BI platform (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical specificationsCertification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Advanced proficiency in process mapping (BPMN) and requirements elicitation techniques
- Demonstrable experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
