Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Create process flows, workflows, and documentation for system enhancements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven track record in requirements gathering
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
