Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT plans, and performance metrics
- Leverage SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to identify trends and support data-driven decision making
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Validate outcomes against business objectives and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or technology environments
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and use case development
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from conception to delivery
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise ERP systems
