Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven methodologies
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across product, engineering, and executive teams
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on project objectives
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance and ROI
- Translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the SDLC
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience documenting complex systems and creating user documentation
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
