Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Design and implement performance metrics to track organizational KPIs
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Create visual dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Support system implementation and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in government or regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with federal contracting requirements and compliance standards
