- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budgetary controls
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reports and executive presentations
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with complex IT deployments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and budget management
- Demonstrated success leading projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries preferred
