Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software development initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product departments
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Manage project budgets up to $2M and ensure ROI optimization
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or technology environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects with 10+ team members
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical requirements
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
