Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the testing and quality assurance phases to ensure successful system implementation.
- Track and report on project metrics and KPIs to measure the success of business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
