Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and closing complex technology projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning)
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Stakeholder communication and status reporting to executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
