Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, engineering, and client-facing teams
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-up ceremonies
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for seamless integrations
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
