Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Document business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications
- Create detailed reports and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives
- Develop test cases and validate system changes to ensure business requirements are met
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvements
- Maintain and update process documentation and workflow diagrams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past analysis projects
