Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate server infrastructure, network systems, and cloud environments during night shift hours
- Execute proactive system updates, security patches, and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for mission-critical applications and user systems
- Document incident reports, system configurations, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable IT solutions
- Conduct system performance optimization and capacity planning
- Lead after-hours system implementations and maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, or CCNA) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL practices
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
