Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define clear business objectives and functional specifications.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, data models, and wireframes using industry-standard tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Document and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within the Information Technology or Financial Services sector.
- Proven expertise in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
